Membership Resources for Councils and Units

Membership may be remitted to 23rd District in one of three ways:

• ​In person via 23rd District meetings and by appointment at the 23rd District PTA office

• Via Postal Mail:

• Via TOTEM, the California State PTA online member management system. TOTEM takes all the legwork out of remitting membership, and makes membership management easy and oh-so-simple!
  
  All California State PTA units are automatically loaded into TOTEM - if your unit isn't using it, reach out and we can help you get online!
